Pursuit Squad
The Pursuit Squad is a recreational biathlon squad that meets up to 2 times a week,
beginning with dry-land training starting after the Thanksgiving weekend.
This recreational squad is a de facto feeder group for the Velocity Squad.
Pursuit Squad members may be older athletes trying biathlon for the first time,
or have gone through the Bears program with Biathlon Yukon.
Athletes are usually between 11-14 years of age.
The focus is on range procedure, shooting fundamentals and putting miles on skis.
