The 2013 Biathlon Yukon Annual General Meeting will be held Thursday, April 25th at 7:00 PM at Sport Yukon.
Our constitution requires a quorum of 30% of voting members be present or provide a proxy, so please do attend. If you are unable to attend, please fill out a proxy (click here for a copy) and give it to a member who will be attending so he/she can vote on your behalf.
Do you participate in Bears, Velocity or Adult programs? Is your son or daughter interested in Arctic Winter Games trials next year? If so, please join us at the AGM. We need to hear from members and have your input!
We also need some new Board members this year to fill vacancies. A full Board helps ensure that Biathlon Yukon can continue to meet the needs and interests of members.
